The Opportunity The Payroll Coordinator performs a variety of record keeping, time tracking, and payroll processing activities. Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities may include routine, minor corrections to make documents acceptable for processing. Day in the life Process employee payroll and time tracking data in Workday, including but not limited to getting approval and updating records. Calculate timesheet data to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws. Provides payroll and time tracking information by answering questions and requests. Review and process tax and payment elections submitted by employees. Create documentation on payroll procedures. Assist with payroll entries. Perform miscellaneous administrative duties related to payroll processing. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks. Regular attendance and punctuality as a full-time employee in order to perform all essential functions. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associates degree in Business preferred.
  • 1 year or more of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience.
