As the Payroll Manager, you will tap into your expertise in processing payroll, auditing for accuracy, and supporting the compensation structure for our organization! You will work with a focus on providing accuracy and consistency across all aspects of our payroll management system and work hard to provide an exceptional experience for leaders and team members, delivering service and solutions that help support our vision of creating a better living for our customers and communities. The Payroll & Compensation Manager will take pride in serving others and delivering a caring and professional experience for our residents, our client-owners, and our fellow team members.
