About The Position
Payroll Processor We are looking for a positive, energetic Payroll Process to support building and maintaining a service-oriented and dependable reputation with current and future clients. This is a full-time position that offers great opportunity for development and growth for driven individuals. Duties will include being a key resource for payroll-related queries from external business partners, reviewing timesheets, and calculating payrolls and processing them to completion. Our Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented, with great time management skills and resilience and flexibility when managing the day-to-day tasks needed to support our commitment to service excellence. We use a powerful application to make this process great for us and our clients.
Requirements
- 3 years of Payroll Processing with proven experience with HRIS Technologies
- Experience in accounting, or finance or fields a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability prioritize and adapt to changing needs.
- A desire to make a positive IMPACT on our external business partners.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in accounting, or finance or fields a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure payrolls are calculated, reviewed, and processed on a timely basis.
- Follow a set schedule for each client’s payroll calendar.
- Create system-based and custom reports for external partners.
- Research and follow up on payroll-related questions with an end goal of resolving problems.
