Position Summary: The Corporate Payroll Specialist is responsible for hiring and terminating employees, keeping employee’s files up to date and for processing payrolls for multiple states. They will reconcile and submit weekly and monthly union reporting as required. They will be responsible for preparing and paying withholding and unemployment taxes. Other functions of the Corporate Payroll Specialist could include processing unemployment claims, wage garnishments, addressing customer questions, assisting branches with payroll needs, CCIP/OCIP filings, and other duties as assigned.
