We are seeking a Coding Quality Analyst – Professional Billing to: Develop and implement an organized monitoring system for the QA program structure. Develop, conduct, and/or coordinate the review process for coding quality. This includes, analyzing errors and formulating advice/education, identifying and advising staff on quality improvement opportunities, participating in individualized feedback for coding staff, and summarizing results and identifying trends for specific educational opportunities. Prepare summary reporting of the coding review results as requested.
