About The Position

VIVID Clear Rx is looking for a proposal coordinator to manage RFP/RFI intake, coordinate cross-function input from subject matter experts and deliver seamless proposal execution. This position will help to prepare the proposal schedule, perform research, organize content and create and orchestrate bids for submission.

Requirements

• HIPAA trained and/or the ability to work with and protect extremely confidential patient and employee information
• Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to complex problems
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Attention to detail with emphasis on organizational skills
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
• Driver’s License in good standing

Nice To Haves

• College Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some travel to support client events

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal intake and workflows
• Oversee inbound and outbound communication to ensure on-time delivery of proposal
• Review and edit content for accuracy
• Responsible for CRM platform that holds all client activity, client contact information pipeline and all initiatives that hold a timeline for response action
• Track of new products, as well as emerging trends that can assist in company growth
• Recommend product improvements based on client services feedback
