About The Position

The PC Support Technician provides on‑site technical support to hospital staff, focusing on device refresh tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable access to technology in a clinical environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in field services, desktop support, or a similar technical support role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with medical staff.
