Department: 869 PC Support Job Summary: The Computer Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting end user workstation hardware and peripheral devices. Keeps inventory of monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment. Also responsible for providing support for major bank equipment and training/assisting Technicians I. Responsibilities

• Performs all duties from PC Technician I
• Implements training strategy provided by manager for PC Technician I
• Supports other major bank equipment (ie. building generators, network re-terminations, etc...)
• Develops their peers to ensure they are up to date on any processes
• Maintains a lead role within other techs
• Advises manager of an issues that can cause work disruption to bank while at a different location
• Other duties as assigned
