JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities Responsible for all production activities to position components on to Printed Circuit Boards in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret: Assembly Work Instructions, Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings (Print), and resistor color codes is required along with basic computer skills.
- Be able to identify electronic component value.
Nice To Haves
- ISO-9000 experience desirable and good communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all production activities to position components on to Printed Circuit Boards in order to complete the assigned work order correctly.
- Pulling kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf.
- Identify and check value of all components to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Using Assembly Work Instruction, BOM, and Print, load all components on to the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) paying attention to detail and instructions of the BOM and Print documents.
- Place completed work order on a cart for pre-wave inspection.
- Comply with IPC 610 specifications.
