About The Position

At Atomic Semi we are building a small, fast semiconductor fab. As a PCBA Technician, you'll be operating our in-house SMT line and making and testing a wide variety of printed circuit board assemblies, harnesses, and other electrical components.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Electrical rework and soldering skills
  • Wire crimping and harness assembly
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in PCB assembly
  • Experience operating SMT equipment
  • Familiarity with electrical engineering documentation

Responsibilities

  • Operate our in-house SMT line and other PCB assembly equipment, including:
  • SMT placement, reflow, and solder paste printing
  • Conformal coating, masking, and epoxy application
  • Component kitting and measurement
  • Optical and x-ray inspection
  • Perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment
  • Inspect PCBAs for defects
  • Wire crimping and harness assembly
  • Maintain tooling and consumable inventory
  • Follow work instructions and suggest improvements
