Summary of Essential Duties: Perform routine assigned neurodiagnostic studies in the inpatient and outpatient settings as requested Studies include EEG, LTM, Routine and Ambulatory Assists with department projects including but not limited to research, database maintenance, and quality improvement The technologist may be asked to head projects, taking a lead role in the maintenance and completion of neurophysiology task that aid the lab and/or the scientific community Prepare rooms before and after studies and/or procedures Explains details of procedure to patients, in accordance with standards of practice as defined by Cedars-Sinai and applicable certifying or regulatory standards
