DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: Stockton, CA Facility Type: FQHC Provider Profession Needed: FNP Specialty: Family Medicine Start Date: 1/12 is the updated start date for training End Date: 3 months Length of Assignment: 3 months plus extension Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Work Schedule: Monday â Friday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM One late day per week (TBD): 11:00 AM â 8:00 PM Patient Volume: 26 patients scheduled per day 18â20 patients seen on average per day Note: FQHCs typically schedule a higher number of patients to account for frequent no-shows , which is common in these settings. Procedures: The Pediatric NP must be flexible and willing to cover different locations as needed. This position is unique in that, rather than a full mix of visits, the pediatric provider will be seeing a majority of physicals for patients ages 18 and under. Responsibilities include immunizations, health education, preventive care, and age-appropriate screenings. EMR: Has transitioned to EPIC EMR License Needed: CA Certifications Needed: BC Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: FQHC experience and EPIC EMR Other additional pertinent information: Client requires a 5-day work week for this position. The schedule is not flexible. Overtime: Please note that overtime will not be paid unless pre-approved by both the clinic and the scheduling team. Providers will not be compensated for hours worked beyond 40/week without prior authorization.
