We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Colorado Springs clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Requirements

  • National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
  • Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
  • Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders
  • Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual
  • Deliver therapy services to clients with care and attention
  • Work together with fellow therapy team members to provide seamless care
  • Keep detailed and current records of client progress
