We are currently seeking a temporary, contracted Physical Therapist to work in a remote, or in-person setting in either our Glendale or Chandler clinics. Requirements

Active physical therapy license via the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy or current compact PT License + pass the AZ Jurisprudence exam
Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or the ability to obtain clearance card
Experience in evaluating or treating clients between the ages of 0 years and 30 years of age
Experience or interest in early intervention and treating developmental disabilities
Passion for continuous learning and development of professional skills and knowledge
Positive and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
