About The Position

Enable and simplify the analysis required for faster implementation of new CDH modeling features. This role focuses on developing analytical frameworks, standardizing data retrieval processes, and creating tools that support our client's broader data science and analytics initiatives. This is an internal analytical role supporting our client's data science and analytics function. The position requires strong technical skills in data retrieval and analysis, with an emphasis on creating reusable, standardized tools and processes. Success in this role depends on the ability to translate complex analytical requirements into clear, documented solutions that enable broader teams to conduct their own analyses independently. Requirements

• Proficiency with Python/PySpark
• Strong SQL skills
• Familiarity with the Databricks environment
• Ability to develop and standardize analytical processes
• Experience creating documentation and notebooks for technical audiences

• Background in marketing analytics or customer analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop a library of required queries and scripts to replicate the CDH customer contextual object in external systems (Databricks/ASL) for deeper analysis
• Standardize the format for executing key data retrieval steps for use by the broader team, including: Interaction to outcome attribution (account opens) Model data to interaction mapping (model performance, predictor performance) Member Profile to interaction mapping
• Create notebooks for the broader team to use to answer specific questions: Distribution Analysis Arbitration Analysis Channel Engagement Analysis
• Support initial analysis for new model-related features, including: Propensity Thresholds back-testing approach Baseline KPI establishment Monitoring approach development Model Maturity Analysis Feature impact assessment
• Support ongoing analysis including: Model Performance Monitoring NBI Program Model Health monitoring and reporting
• Address broader analytical gaps by standardizing approaches for: Actionable Monitoring Data—capturing propensity score anomalies and action effectiveness in near real-time Eligible Audience Monitoring—identifying members eligible for different actions and treatments Demographic Analysis—tying interactions back to member demographic data for granular insights
