Responsibilities

Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for Pega applications.
Prepare and execute UAT test cases and test scenarios based on business workflows.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to schedule and conduct UAT sessions.
Validate Pega case types, workflows, decision rules, integrations, and reports.
Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or ALM.
Perform regression testing before UAT sign-off.
Support end-users during UAT cycles and provide clarification on system behavior.
Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
Prepare UAT summary reports and obtain business sign-off.
Collaborate with Pega Developers and Business Analysts for defect resolution.
