Fusion Wellness & Femina Physical TherapyLos Angeles, CA

About The Position

Fusion Wellness & Femina Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Sherman Oaks & Beverly Hills. We're a leading, cash-based practice in Los Angeles offering cutting-edge, integrative care in pelvic health and orthopedics —and we want you to help us elevate the standard of care. What You’ll Do: Perform detailed, compassionate assessments tailored to pelvic health concerns across all genders and life stages. Design and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that empower patients to achieve long-term wellness. Educate and support patients in understanding pelvic floor function, recovery, and self-care strategies. Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team that includes massage therapists, trauma-informed mental health providers, certified Pilates instructors, and community care partners such as acupuncturists, midwives, naturopaths, and surgeons. Engage in ongoing professional development, community wellness initiatives, and clinical mentorship opportunities. What Sets This Role Apart: Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll be part of a vibrant ecosystem of healing professionals. Mission-Driven Practice: We proudly offer grant-funded care to help remove financial barriers to pelvic health access. Mentorship & Growth: Whether you're new to pelvic health or a seasoned provider, we invest in your growth with continuing education, team case consults, and ongoing mentorship. Flexibility & Autonomy: Enjoy a healthy work-life balance in a supportive, non-corporate setting. Inclusive Culture: Our practice is affirming, diverse, and trauma-informed. We believe everyone deserves high-quality, compassionate care —and that includes our staff. Physical Therapy done by Physical Therapists: Our practice does not utilize aides for patient care. You get to work with your patients for their full appointment time, from manual therapy to corrective exercises to return to sport -- we value the skills you've developed and our patiients deserve that top level care! What We’re Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) in the state of California. Strong background in pelvic health and/or orthopedics; minimum 1 year of experience preferred, though new grads with pelvic health training are welcome to apply. Specialized certification in pelvic floor rehab (e.g., Herman & Wallace, APTA CAPP-Pelvic) is a plus. Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Passion for education, both in the clinic and the wider community. Why Work With Us? At Fusion Wellness & Femina Physical Therapy, we’re more than just a clinic—we’re a community of healers dedicated to reshaping the conversation around pelvic health. Our clinicians love working here because we nurture creativity, prioritize clinician autonomy, and encourage meaningful, deep connections with patients. This is a rare chance to join a highly respected team where your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your passion is celebrated.
