As a pension retirement estimator, you will be assisting customers who are going through a significant change in their life—planning for retirement. Pension estimators help our customers understand their retirement benefits and prepare for the future. If hired as a pension benefit estimator, you will: Receive fully paid training on the estimator role, responsibilities, and process Assist our customers in planning for their retirement Determine customer eligibility and make sure benefits are accurate Generate estimates, work histories and benefit statements Provide timely follow-up with customers to obtain missing or incomplete information Who we are...
