In this role, you will support a wide range of People & Culture (P&C) projects, programs, and activities, helping ensure smooth and efficient business operations. You will collaborate across teams and manage both internal and external communications to keep initiatives on track and well-coordinated. You will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as providing relocation and global mobility support. You will help maintain and optimize P&C systems and platforms, manage relationships with external P&C vendors, and contribute to drafting and updating P&C policies. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver clear and engaging P&C communications, and support Learning & Development initiatives to help foster employee growth and organizational success.
