Zayo is seeking a People & Culture Operations Lead responsible for executing HR transactions, operational processes, and project-based work related to the People & Culture team (including but not limited to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Talent, and Learning). As a member of the People & Culture Operations team, you will provide day-to-day operational support while continuously evaluating process design and proactively recommending improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience. This position reports to the Manager, People & Culture Operations and collaborates closely with other People & Culture Systems and Services team members. Will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and company employees including Management and provide oversight and direction to People & Culture Operation Specialist team members. Areas of focus may include policy administration, Workday transactions and management actions, and ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are implemented using automation and operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate resides in the Denver, CO area, operating in a hybrid capacity (2–3 days per week in office and 2–3 days remotely), with flexibility based on business needs.
