About The Position

As a People Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting core HR functions with a strong focus on leave administration, employment eligibility verification, and employee accommodation. You will also contribute to performance management, onboarding and offboarding, and other HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about delivering positive employee experience. This role is based on site in Round Rock, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Experience administering Family and Medical Leave, disability leaves, and employee accommodations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and track employee leaves including Family and Medical Leave, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Personal Care Assistant leave.
  • Serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with third-party leave administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing and communication.
  • Manage the interactive process for employee accommodations under applicable regulations, partnering with employees, managers, and human resources business partners.
  • Complete and maintain employment eligibility verification forms (I-9) and ensure compliance with federal requirements for new hires, transfers, and other employees.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding experience, notifications, and exit logistics.
  • Support performance management processes and advise managers on documentation and development planning.
  • Assist in the creation of requisitions, offer letters, and employee action notifications.
  • Provide business partnership and coaching to leaders and their teams under the direction of the HR Business Partner.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR programs and recommend enhancements aligned with company values.
  • Lead or participate in HR-specific projects and initiatives, including communications and documentation.
