About The Position

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As one of Vanta’s People Ops Associates, you will play a key role in driving our People programs while working closely with many cross functional partners. Our People team supports Vanta's mission by creating exceptional systems and experiences that enable every Vanta’n to do their best work — securely, efficiently, and with confidence. As one of our People Systems and Operations Associates, you will play a vital role in strengthening the infrastructure of our People team by owning the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR systems. You’ll ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows through automation, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve our internal operations and employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is systems-minded, and wants to grow their expertise at the intersection of People Ops and technology. This role reports into our Manager, People Operations, and will also work closely with our other People Ops Associates and Generalists.
