About The Position

The People Operations Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to operational leaders, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across assigned business areas. This role works closely with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while ensuring a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance. The People Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, talent development, organizational change, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience partnering with business leaders
  • Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational goals and align people strategies that support business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on workplace matters.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support resolution of workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Support performance management processes and leadership development initiatives.
  • Help leaders build strong, engaged, and high-performing teams.
  • Support leaders through organizational change initiatives.
  • Promote company culture and employee engagement efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
