About The Position

We’re hiring a People Operations Generalist to run and build the day-to-day systems that support our people at Atomic Semi. In this role, you’ll own and evolve the core of People Operations — payroll, benefits, immigration, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle. You’ll make sure the fundamentals run smoothly, accurately, and on time, and you’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we do things as we grow. You’ll be the person employees come to with questions, guidance, and support, and a key partner in shaping a thoughtful, scalable People experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting the details right, enjoys solving real problems, and is excited to build modern People Operations from the ground up at a company reinventing how semiconductors are made.
