The People Operations Manager is responsible for performing people and HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. Functional areas include: recruitment/employment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits management, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, governance, compliance, and policy administration. Reporting to the COO, the role is responsible for optimizing and scaling the operational infrastructure for people and HR functions. The role will own the HR systems and data.
