We support regulated firms nationwide and pride ourselves on being practical, professional, and people-first. While much of our team works remotely, we are intentionally rebuilding an in-office presence in Smithtown, NY and are looking for someone who enjoys being part of that energy. We are seeking an organized, personable People Operations & Office Manager to be the day-to-day glue of our organization. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid in their career who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting people, and learning how internal operations work in a growing company. This is an operations-first role . While you do not need deep HR or labor law experience — we will teach the right person our processes, systems, and expectations over time, HR background is preferred. You will be a key point of contact for employees, a welcoming presence in the office, and a trusted support partner to leadership. You will play a meaningful role in shaping how our team works together, how new and current employees experience CXG, and how our office environment feels day to day.
