About The Position

The People Operations & Organizational Development Intern supports day‑to‑day People Operations and assists with strategic people development initiatives. The position offers hands‑on exposure to how the organization drives employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in employee engagement, learning & development, or organizational effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day People Operations tasks, including onboarding, documentation, and HR systems updates.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and culture‑building activities.
  • Help coordinate learning and development programs, workshops, and internal training.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support organizational development projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for the People Operations team.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
