In this role, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support, serving as an internal consultant to leadership on key business and people-related matters. You will proactively assess and anticipate employee and organizational needs, offering practical, solutions focused guidance while supporting major people initiatives and operational efficiencies. You will coach leaders through complex employee relations issues—including performance management, corrective action, and terminations—while helping to reinforce a positive culture and strong morale. You will identify people trends, recommend actions, and support training and development needs through effective program planning and coordination. The role also includes advising leaders on compensation practices and serving as a change agent for people-focused initiatives. The People Operations Partner plays an active role in shaping and implementing HR strategies in partnership with division leaders and employees. This position reports to the Sr. People Operations Manager. This role is based at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ and requires on-site attendance.
