As the Senior Manager, People Operations, you will be a strategic and operational leader responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing HR processes and programs that support our people and business goals. You will oversee core systems (Rippling, ChartHop, and Talent Acquisition tools) and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOX and benefit-related reporting requirements. This role spans the full spectrum of people operations—from payroll and benefits administration to compensation programs, equity plan support, and immigration/visa processes—while also driving data analytics and reporting that enable informed decision-making.
