We’re looking for an engaging, self-starting, and detailed People Partner to join and support our people team. The People Partner will support employees and managers across the organization by helping deliver core People Operations programs, answering day to day questions, and ensuring a positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their People Operations business partnering journey who is eager to learn, build relationships, and grow within a fast‑paced SaaS environment. Working closely with senior HR leadership, this person helps maintain smooth people operations and contributes to a healthy, inclusive culture. This individual contributor role supports and may manage employee programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and certification in HR related educational programs strongly preferred (PHR, SHRM – CP)
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance fundamentals required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or growth-oriented organization
  • Experience supporting employee relations and performance management processes.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong Experience with HRIS Systems (UKG, Greenhouse, etc).

  • Previous experience managing people programs a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees seeking guidance on policies, processes, and general HR questions.
  • Help resolve routine employee concerns and escalate more complex issues People Operations Manager when needed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist managers with basic performance management processes, documentation, and feedback practices.
  • Provide guidance on day to day people topics such as attendance, expectations, and team communication.
  • Help managers navigate People Operations tools and systems.
  • Coordinate and support organization People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, culture initiatives, employee events and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems and support reporting needs.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws and regulations.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen team connection, inclusion, and employee engagement.
  • Assist with planning and executing culture building events, trainings, and communications.
  • Support performance review cycles, documentation tracking, and communication.
  • Assist with calibration preparation and promotion documentation review.
  • Reinforce job leveling guidelines and promotion criteria.
  • Support implementation of development initiatives and talent programs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with Payroll.
  • Coordinate engagement surveys and assist with action planning follow-up.
  • Support leave reintegration planning and manager communication.
  • Assist with internal HR communications and change management initiatives.
