About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or Employee Relations professional in a global organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate high-risk and sensitive situations
  • Commercial mindset and ability to align people strategies with business performance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and coaching skills to influence leaders effectively
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing organizational trends and metrics to inform decisions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI, automation, and HR systems to streamline workflows
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly for asynchronous, remote-friendly environments
  • High emotional intelligence, values-led judgment, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary HR advisor to leaders within assigned departments, offering strategic guidance on organizational health, leadership transitions, and performance management
  • Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of global people programs, ensuring scalability and business impact
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters with discretion, maintaining a positive and values-aligned experience
  • Partner with teams to optimize processes through AI tools and automation, removing manual friction and increasing efficiency
  • Analyze people data to inform strategy, provide actionable insights, and support evidence-based decision-making
  • Champion and model company culture, translating feedback into actionable strategies that promote growth and engagement
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of HR policies and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
