As a People Product Manager supporting Total Rewards, you’ll define and deliver desirable, feasible, and sustainable HR technology solutions that serve the right stakeholders at the right time. You’ll partner with Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Nonrevenue Travel, and Technology Teams to identify Customer needs, shape the product vision and roadmap, and translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories within the Agile Release Train. You’ll facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions, collaborate with Workday configuration and reporting Teams, and align closely with integration and security partners to ensure thoughtful design, testing, and deployment. By communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and supporting both day‑to‑day delivery and long‑term strategy, you’ll help enhance the systems and experiences that support every Southwest Employee.
