About The Position
We are looking for ambitious achievers to join our 2026 Kickstart Internship Program! As a Human Resources Intern, your work will support the People Team in delivering programs and services that help attract, develop, and support employees across Kennedy Jenks. This internship is designed to provide exposure to multiple HR functions while working alongside experienced HR professionals. Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field
- Completion of one year of qualified study
- Experience using Microsoft 365 Applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the People Team to support employee onboarding and new hire processes.
- Assist with HR data entry tasks and review existing data to ensure accuracy.
- Provide support with recruiting activities, including job postings and candidate tracking.
- Assist with updating HR resources, guides, and internal documentation.
- Provide support for employee programs and HR initiatives.
- Assist the People Team with research and special projects.
