About The Position

AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. The Job To deliver proficient People Technology support and service excellence by combining technical expertise with a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role ensures the effective use of platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, through accurate issue resolution, root cause analysis, and overseeing light configuration-related requests. In addition to managing technical queries, the Senior Analyst contributes to operational process improvements, support documentation management, system enhancement support, and team capability development, while contributing to the effectiveness of the wider People Technology function.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR technology support, with demonstrated ability to resolve Workday technical and functional issues.
  • Customer focused with strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with HR and IT teams on issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and other data protection requirements for handling sensitive data.
  • Awareness of audit and compliance standards such as PCAOB within People Technology contexts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ServiceNow HRSD or other Case Management tools, would be beneficial.
  • Experience using Peakon or other Employee Engagement tools, would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer‑focused support, using strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and ensure a positive, professional service experience.
  • Provide proficient technical, data, and reporting support across core People Technology platforms.
  • Contribute to Workday configuration activities, including EIB execution, updating security group memberships, and creating work schedules, ensuring well‑governed and efficient system operations.
  • Lead structured root cause analysis and proactively identify workflow gaps, partnering with the People Technology Delivery and Platform Enablement teams to deliver long‑term process and system improvements.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits, validations, and proactive monitoring activities.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and all relevant data protection, security, and audit standards, driving strong governance across all People Technology processes.
  • Create and maintain clear, user‑friendly articles and support documentation to drive self-service and improve internal knowledge.
  • Support testing for system enhancements, releases, and new ways of working.
  • Lead or support People Technology projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted guidance on best-practice processes and system usage.
  • Mentor Analysts within People Technology Operations, promoting continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with People Technology leadership to deliver impactful operational enhancements.
