This role ensures the effective use of platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, through accurate issue resolution, root cause analysis, and overseeing light configuration-related requests. In addition to managing technical queries, the Senior Analyst contributes to operational process improvements, support documentation management, system enhancement support, and team capability development, while contributing to the effectiveness of the wider People Technology function.
