Exciting Opportunity at MSK: We are seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our growing team at MSK Nassau. MSK Nassau is a freestanding outpatient facility, located in Uniondale, NY. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Nassau & Queens, NY counties. Role Overview: Perform a variety of MR imaging procedures and functions that require independent discernment and ingenuity with minimal supervision, on patients of all age groups. Primarily MRI, but experience in CT and General X-ray, a plus.
Requirements
- You are proficient and registered/certified in MR.
- A High school diploma plus a degree from a 2 year AMA approved Radiology school
- ARRT registration and NY State Radiologic Technology license.
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Desire for personal growth and readiness to tackle challenges
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- experience in CT and General X-ray, a plus
