One You Love Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support caregiver supervision in the Central Florida area. This is a per diem role with flexible scheduling — ideal for nurses looking for meaningful work without the demands of traditional clinical settings. Requirements
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)
- Strong observational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staff
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with state home care regulations and best practices

Responsibilities
- Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and service quality
- Observe and document adherence to the established plan of care
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to caregivers
- Identify and report any changes in client condition or service needs
- Complete clear, timely documentation of supervisory visits
- Communicate with clients, families, and office staff to support continuity of care
- Support quality assurance and help maintain high service standards
