This role is responsible for auditing quality, overseeing client engagement team activities, training new staff, preparing performance reports, and drafting mitigation plans for workflows that are off track. oriented, collaborative, highly data-driven, and experienced in identifying trends and opportunities within complex revenue cycle workflows. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle functions, including Front End (registration, scheduling, financial clearance), Mid-Cycle (coding and charging), or Back End (billing, follow up, denials, and reimbursement).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic systems, including reporting and workflow optimization.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor others.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in healthcare revenue cycle (e.g., CRCR, CHFP) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive quality audits of revenue cycle processes to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to client engagement teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Lead the training and onboarding of new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports on client delivery teams, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify underperforming workflows and draft mitigation plans to address issues and restore optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in revenue cycle operations.
