Job Description Partners with Talent Consultants, business line leaders, and external experts to design, develop, and implement talent programs that drive key business outcomes through improved employee performance. This role focuses on translating business and talent strategies into effective programs, tools, and processes, while ensuring customer needs are embedded into all solutions. Works collaboratively with cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated, data‑informed talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant experience

  • Solid understanding of assigned discipline, content area or center of expertise
  • Ability to plan and implement multiple programs to enable the organization and business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent
  • Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs and projects, and act as a solution oriented leader
  • Strong project and program design capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with leaders, stakeholders and Talent Consultants
