What this job involves: As a Data Analyst supporting facilities management operations, you'll play a crucial role in transforming client business objectives into powerful data visualization solutions. This position focuses on developing and maintaining Azara dashboards while supporting JLL's comprehensive reporting requirements across multiple data sources including Corrigo and Property Hub. You'll contribute directly to JLL's business intelligence capabilities by creating interactive dashboards, conducting performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to impact facilities management operations through data-driven insights while working with cutting-edge business intelligence tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 3-5 years equivalent work experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Azara) with demonstrated dashboard creation experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack
  • Experience in the facilities management industry with exposure to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues and formulate basic solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to internal teams
  • Detail-oriented approach to data management and quality control

  • Basic SQL knowledge and data visualization experience
  • Process improvement mindset with attention to data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative environments
  • Experience mining data from various sources including Corrigo and Property Hub
  • Data management and interpretation skills for supporting account teams

Responsibilities

  • Support translation of client business objectives into effective data visualization solutions with focus on Azara dashboard development and maintenance
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that align with JLL's reporting requirements and client expectations
  • Perform data analysis to identify performance gaps and trends in facilities management operations
  • Support regular performance reviews and reporting at the functional level
  • Contribute to data and presentation creation for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership to conduct data quality audits and maintain data integrity within reporting systems
  • Work with facilities, sourcing, and finance teams to support KPI SLA, spend and vendor performance monitoring
