About the role: This position serves as an integral member of the Transdev Performance Team responsible for proving insight, expertise, and experience in all aspects of paratransit service delivery including scheduling, dispatching, reservations, ADA requirements, and industry best practices. This position will work collaboratively with operations and Transdev corporate support departments to identify opportunities for financial and operational performance improvement at our paratransit locations. Identify regulatory compliance requirements and develop a systematic approach to implementing nationwide . Create and manage cross functional action plans that drive improvement and act as on-site project lead for startup and shutdown activities. This position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Professional Dispatch Development Program for paratransit. Salary range $104,000-$130,000 annually.
