About The Position

HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for a fast-growing fintech startup seeking a Performance Marketer to become the first dedicated hire focused exclusively on paid acquisition. This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on marketer who wants to build a paid growth engine from scratch. You will own core acquisition channels end-to-end and scale spend from ~$10K/month to $100K+/month over the coming quarters, directly driving qualified pipeline, booked meetings, and revenue. This opportunity is built for candidates who thrive in high-intensity startup environments and want real accountability tied to measurable growth outcomes—not those seeking slow-paced, heavily layered marketing orgs.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing B2B paid acquisition campaigns in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (must have managed directly)
  • Proven track record managing ad budgets with strong ROI and pipeline impact
  • Experience driving demand in regulated or high-trust categories (finserv, compliance, legal, corporate services, tax tech, etc.)
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high intensity and urgency
  • Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week (SF, Seattle, or Bangalore)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics to guide decisions
  • Stable professional background with consistent impact (no short-term, freelance-heavy patterns)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tax, corporate services, incorporation, compliance, or adjacent workflow-driven verticals
  • Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as GA4, Looker, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Experience running global campaigns and optimizing performance across regions
  • Strong experimentation muscle—creative testing, landing page iteration, funnel optimization
  • Interest in economics, business models, or financial decisioning systems

Responsibilities

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn (with room to expand into additional channels)
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on inbound meetings and revenue contribution
  • Aggressively and efficiently scale spend while maintaining strong CAC-to-LTV discipline
  • Drive toward ambitious paid pipeline goals, including generating significant monthly revenue impact through performance channels
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and translate data into clear actions, experiments, and next steps
  • Operate autonomously—ideating, testing, iterating, and launching without heavy approval layers
  • Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to align targeting, messaging, funnel performance, and ROI
