About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Performance Marketer in Canada. In this role, you will join a fast-growing, remote-first growth team and play a hands-on role in scaling high-volume paid acquisition channels worldwide. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership to execute, optimize, and analyze performance campaigns across multiple platforms. This position offers a strong learning curve, exposure to advanced growth strategies, and direct ownership of impactful initiatives. You will be deeply involved in creative testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment, your work will directly contribute to user growth at massive scale. The role offers autonomy, continuous feedback, and the opportunity to build expertise across the full performance marketing lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or user growth roles.
  • Hands-on familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort handling performance data, metrics, and Excel-based analysis.
  • Ability to learn and master new tools, dashboards, and tracking platforms quickly.
  • Understanding of key online marketing KPIs including CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High ownership mentality, strong execution speed, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in paid acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support daily management and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and DSPs.
  • Assist in building scalable acquisition funnels through accurate tracking implementation and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare, organize, and launch creative tests, audience experiments, and campaign iterations to continuously improve results.
  • Monitor funnel and campaign performance, proactively identifying anomalies and optimization opportunities.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze performance data including CPA, ROAS, retention, and funnel metrics to support strategic reviews.
  • Maintain internal dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure clear performance visibility.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Support research, testing, and rollout of new acquisition channels, formats, and growth tools.
