About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of global paid user acquisition campaigns across DSPs, social, and app channels. You will manage multi-million dollar budgets, leverage data-driven insights to scale acquisition efforts, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product marketing, and regional teams. The position combines hands-on campaign management with strategic oversight, ensuring campaigns consistently deliver strong ROI while aligning with growth objectives. You will also test, analyze, and optimize campaigns across multiple geographies, driving continuous improvement in performance marketing operations. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, offering visibility, impact, and opportunities for innovation from day one.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with consumer tech or transactional products
  • Expertise in paid social, DSPs, and mobile/app acquisition campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using attribution models, analytics tools, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to model performance, assess signals, and iterate quickly
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude; able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills for simplifying complex learnings for stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of paid DSP and social campaigns globally
  • Optimize user acquisition campaigns to meet CAC, payback, and ROI objectives
  • Manage and allocate multi-million dollar monthly performance marketing budgets
  • Analyze campaign performance, report insights, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Conduct structured testing, experimentation, and optimization to scale user acquisition across web and app channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, product marketing, and regional growth teams to align campaign goals and initiatives
  • Support global growth by bringing analytical rigor, creativity, and curiosity to uncover incremental growth opportunities
