We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is equal parts growth operator, analytical thinker, and hands-on executor. You’ll own top-of-funnel demand creation through paid channels, managing a multi-million dollar budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the intersection of growth, revenue, and experimentation. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs efficiently, continuously testing and iterating across audiences, messaging, offers, and channels — all while keeping a sharp eye on CAC, CPMQL, and CPSQL. You thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how marketing directly fuels revenue, and operate with urgency, adaptability, and accountability.
