About The Position

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is equal parts growth operator, analytical thinker, and hands-on executor. You’ll own top-of-funnel demand creation through paid channels, managing a multi-million dollar budget across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms. This role sits at the intersection of growth, revenue, and experimentation. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs efficiently, continuously testing and iterating across audiences, messaging, offers, and channels — all while keeping a sharp eye on CAC, CPMQL, and CPSQL. You thrive in fast-moving environments, understand how marketing directly fuels revenue, and operate with urgency, adaptability, and accountability. You should apply if you've held any of the following titles: SEO Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, or Paid Media Strategist.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation roles on growth-focused marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
  • Proven track record driving MQLs, SQLs, and revenue in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect spend to revenue outcomes.

  • Familiarity with the travel, events, or group experiences industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid demand generation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget with clear accountability to CAC and pipeline efficiency.
  • Design and execute experiments across targeting, creative, landing pages, and offers.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and pipeline impact.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, and related tools.
  • Continuously refine audience strategy for C-suite, People/HR, and Sales leaders.
  • Report on performance clearly and regularly, translating data into actionable insights.
