About The Position

Shell Point Retirement Community is seeking a creative and organized Performing Arts Manager to lead programming at the Tribby Center for the Arts. This role oversees the planning and execution of concerts, theater, dance, and guest performances, including scheduling, artist coordination, production logistics, and event operations. The position also manages budgets, ticketing, and collaborates with marketing to promote events while ensuring high-quality experiences aligned with Shell Point’s mission. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least three years of experience in performing arts or event production. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends and engage effectively with a senior community. Requirements
