Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Periodontist to join our established practice. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers. Requirements

  • Board certification in periodontics.
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree w/perio residency.
  • Specialized training in periodontics from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 2 years, out of University experience in a clinical setting.
  • State licensure to practice dentistry.
  • Proficiency in advanced periodontal procedures.
  • Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of the latest research in periodontal therapies.
  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office setting.
  • Leading with compassion and a commitment to the full patient care experience.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat Periodontal disease.
  • Perform surgical procedures such as gum grafts, crown lengthening, and dental implants.
  • Evaluate and manage patient care with complex medical histories.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans with patients.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with General Dentists and other specialists.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide non-surgical therapies not limited to scaling and root planning.
  • Remain self-educated on the latest research and advancements in periodontics.
