We’re hiring a Permits Coordinator to help keep our electrical jobs on track by handling the permitting and inspection process with care, accuracy, and follow-through. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with both people and paperwork, and playing a key part in helping teams succeed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with permits, construction, or admin work is helpful—but not required
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in electrical, construction, or permitting before
