About The Position

Provide operational support in the complex environment of Perry World House business, events, and logistics. Act as a point of contact for PWH program support, including event execution and visitor engagement. Support business functions, including building events, purchasing, reimbursements, travel, and expense management, with a high level of compliance and accountability. Should be comfortable communicating with high-level policymakers both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • High School Grad/GE Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Proficient in communication skills, both in person and in writing

Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact to provide administrative planning and service for all PWH events and program participants' travel, accommodations, and payments.
  • Lead event execution duties on campus and remotely, including greeting attendees, managing time, and monitoring attendee engagement.
  • Travel planning and operational support for all PWH staff
  • Working with external vendors for building setup and operational event needs
  • Serve as a point of contact for the operations needs of PWH pillar programming
