About The Position

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to Chairman to support coordination, communication, and execution across key internal and external workstreams. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring priorities move forward efficiently, interactions are well-managed, and commitments are followed through with clarity and speed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, operations, or coordination-heavy role
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute reliably
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Good judgment in handling sensitive information and external interactions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups across candidates, partners, media, and external networks
  • Support scheduling and prioritization to ensure time is focused on the highest-impact areas
  • Track ongoing conversations, action items, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Prepare materials, summaries, and briefs for meetings and discussions
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Manage inbound requests and route them based on priority and relevance
  • Support key initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders and keeping workstreams on track
  • Maintain structured records, documentation, and high standards of confidentiality
