About The Position

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, in-person Personal Assistant to support a CEO & Founder of a growing wealth management firm based in Dallas, TX. This is a hands-on role that supports both personal life and household operations, with light coordination alongside a remote Executive Assistant to ensure day-to-day life runs smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of home and business, and the ultimate goal is simple: to simplify the CEO's life so he can focus on what matters most. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Personal Assistant experience
  • Local to the Dallas / Cedar Hill area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid passport (or willingness to obtain one by Fall 2026)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Comfortable around young children
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person personal support during business hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Manage personal scheduling, errands, travel logistics, and household coordination
  • Oversee vendors and home services (cleaning, repairs, maintenance, etc.)
  • Coordinate meals, groceries, and household stocking
  • Support occasional travel, events, or on-site needs
  • Assist with light child-related logistics as needed
  • Partner closely with a remote Executive Assistant to stay aligned
